Manaslu Circuit Trek
Day 1: Ktm to Machhikhola, 869 m, by bus, 7/8 h.
Day 2: Machhikhola to Jagat, 1340 m, 8/7 h.
Day 3: Jagat to Deng, 1860 m, 6/7 h.
Day 4: Deng to Namrung, 2630 m, 6/7 h.
Day 5: Namrung to Samagau, 3520 m, 6/7 h.
Day 6: Samagau, hike to Birendra Lake or Manaslu Base Camp, 6/7 h.
Day 7: Samagau to Samdu, 3700 m, 3/4 h.
Day 8: Samagau to Dharmasala, 4460 m, 3/4 h.
Day 9: Dharmasala to Larkela Pass, 5106 m, to Bhimthang, 3750 m (8/9 h).
Day 10: Bhimthang to Tilo, 2515 m, 5/6 h.
Day 11: Tilo to Tilche, 7/2 h walk, and take jeep until Beshisahar, 3/4 h.
Day 12: Beshisahar to Ktm, 7/8 h.
