Langtang / Gosaikund

Day 1: Ktm to Syapru Besi, 1500 m, by bus, 7/8 hours.

Day 2: Syapru Besi to Lama Hotel, 2470 m, 5/6 h.

Day 3: Lama Hotel to Langtang, 3430 m, 5/8 h.

Day 4: Langtang Valley to Kyanjin Gompa, 3870 m, 4/5 h.

Day 5: Kyanjin Gompa, hike to Tserkori or Kyanjin Ri, 4985 m, 6/7 h.

Day 6: Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel, 6/7 h.

Day 7: Lama Hotel to Thulo Syapru, 2250 m, 5/8 h.

Day 8: Thulo Syapru to Cholang Pati or Laurebina, 3900 m, 5/6 h.

Day 9: Laurebina to Gosaikund, 4380 m, 4/5 h.

Day 10: Gosaikunda to Chandan Bari, 3330 m, 5/6 h.

Day 11: Chandan Bari to Dhunche, 2030 m, 3/5 h.

Day 12: Dhunche to Ktm, by bus.
